03 Natural language

Like Claude or ChatGPT, but for processing procedures.

Your GestDocAI allows you, through artificial intelligence and in natural language, to automate the processing of your case files: you ask it for things the way you would ask Claude or ChatGPT, but to do your day-to-day work.

With a difference that matters: no data is sent to external servers. The information stays protected within your administration, and your citizens' data does not train the artificial intelligences of the entire world.

05 Qué lo distingue

Add4u tiene la ISO/IEC 42001, la norma internacional de gestión de la inteligencia artificial, con GestDocAI dentro del alcance: certificado AI-0011/24, emitido por Applus+ (LGAI Technological Center, S.A.), vigente hasta 14-11-2027 (PDF ↗). A septiembre de 2026 no hemos encontrado otro gestor de expedientes para la administración local que la declare públicamente.
Resultados públicos y en vivo. Siete contadores de uso real que cualquiera puede consultar por API, sin pedirnos nada: más de 1.048 millones de acciones administrativas automatizadas y 113 millones de documentos a 06-10-2026. Lo explicamos en Live data.
