History / Team
Before AI was a trend, we were already automating.
We are a Spanish GovTech company specialized in transforming case files into better services for citizens, companies and public employees.

01 Experience that evolves
Administrative expertise turned into a product.
The aggregate activity of our technology is published through seven verifiable GDBi indicators. That operational knowledge is the foundation from which we apply a new generation of artificial intelligence: with ambition, control and institutional judgment.
From paper to the case file that processes itself.
Our history is that of the public case file in Spain: we started by turning paper into electronic case files with GestDoc; with GestDoc360 we added robotic process automation and zero-code configuration, so that each organization could automate without depending on programmers; today GestDocAI Copilot adds artificial intelligence on top of that same foundation: known processes, measurable results and evidence of every step.
Each stage keeps what the previous one proved. That is why the seven public counters do not start at zero: they accumulate years of real case files, signatures, records and communications processed by our technology in administrations across Spain.

02 Who started it
We started it together. And we are still together.
Add4u was born from two partners who are still at the helm: Miguel Ángel Domínguez y Ángel de Antonio Bermejo. We started this together —when automating the public sector was not in fashion— and together we still lead it today.
Between the two of us we hold 100% of the actions of the company. No external funds, no foreign investment, no one from outside deciding what is done with the technology that processes the case files of the Spanish Administration. It is real technological sovereignty: Spanish capital, decisions in Spain and data that does not leave here.
Miguel Ángel provides the public face and the fight for transparency; Ángel, the technical and product rigor that —since the first tender specifications— turns each administration's demands into technology that works. Two ways of looking at the same problem, one single company.

03 I+D verificable
Investigating is also a public service.
We take part in innovation projects with public and private partners. One documented example is the platform DataDriven (2022b call, from 27/07/2022 to 29/04/2023), together with Smart City Cluster and Munidigital: 470.644 € in budget, 376.514 € in grant awarded, and a concrete mission — to improve the quality of the data shared by administrations, companies and citizens in order to deliver better public services.

04 How we work
Made by people, extended by agents
This very website is born with a human–AI collaboration model. The content is readable as a web page and as Markdown, the data can be verified and the decisions are version-controlled.

05 Fighting corruption
Transparency is not a slogan: it is the weapon.
At the helm, Miguel Ángel Domínguez: a lifetime fighting the corrupt — and automating the public sector so that traceability leaves them nowhere to hide. A case file that is processed on its own, with signature, time stamp and evidence of every step, is a case file that cannot be tampered with.
That same technology serves to look where others would rather no one looks: the analysis of tainted public tenders. When procurement data is traceable and verifiable, rigging leaves a trail — and the trail is the beginning of the end.
