Policy on privacy.
Add4u is aware of the importance of the privacy of personal data and, for that reason, has implemented a data-processing policy aimed at providing maximum security in their use and collection, guaranteeing compliance with the regulations in force on the matter and establishing that policy as one of the basic pillars of the entity's lines of action.
Add4u is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and with Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. The following information is therefore provided:

End of processing
Add4u processes the information corresponding to personal data provided to us by parties interested in the resolution of any queries or comments received through the entity's website contact channels.
In the event of requesting information about our product, about any of its features or about the company's pricing policy, the purpose will be inclusion in the list of parties interested in the software, with the company Add4u as the sole recipient of your data. Another purpose may be the management of your CV for personnel selection. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of that profile.
Data retention
The personal data provided will be kept for as long as it is necessary to respond to the requests or applications made and, in any case, as long as the data subject does not request its erasure or unsubscribes from the service, as well as for the time necessary to comply with the legal obligations that apply in each case. CV data will be kept for 12 months.
Legal basis
The legal basis that legitimizes the processing is the express consent of the user, whereby they agree to receive communications, answers to their queries or commercial information about the product and the company's news at the designated email address. The processing of your CV data is based on the application of pre-contractual measures and the intention to conclude a contract (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
Disclosure or international transfer of data
No disclosures or international transfers of data are envisaged. Exceptionally, in the event of a legal or regulatory requirement, your information could be communicated to the competent authorities. The data may be disclosed to providers with access to data, with whom the obligations and responsibilities they assume in the processing of the data, as Data Processor, are formalized.
Obtaining the data
All data is obtained directly from the data subject, who is informed in accordance with the regulations in force.
Rights
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Add4u is processing personal data concerning them, as well as to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients and the envisaged retention period or the criteria used to determine it.
Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data and, where applicable, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, consent is withdrawn, there is objection to the processing with no overriding legitimate grounds, or it has been processed unlawfully.
In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case it will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims, and they may object to the processing on grounds relating to their particular situation: Add4u will stop processing the data except for compelling legitimate grounds or for the exercise or defense of possible claims.
Data subjects have the right to the portability of their data and to withdraw the consent given at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint

Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided
This website includes no forms and collects no browsing data: personal data is provided only when the user decides to write by email to the published addresses. The data needed to handle each request is that which the user includes in their message, and any additional information they decide to provide is voluntary. The user guarantees that the personal data provided to the controller is truthful and is responsible for communicating any change to it.
The controller expressly informs and guarantees to users that their personal data will in no case be disclosed to third parties and that, whenever any type of disclosure of personal data were to take place, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the users will be requested beforehand.
Security measures
In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, the controller is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility and, manifestly, with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users, and that it has put in place the measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data that data subjects may provide.
